I'm still young as a fan - first ever game was 1996 as a lad with my dad and supported them since, especially in the past couple of years since I grew up a bit and started earning. I guess my early taste of rugby league was slightly skewed with the success of the late 90s to mid noughties. So yeah, this is easily the worst from my perspective in 20 years, and it is really no consolation to hear Fev fans tell me that it could be worse. We might hit a new rock bottom - who knows.
Couple of things:
1. I can't see the crowds turning out for this any longer, especially at the prices we are charging.
2. The squad needs revamping - Jimmy said they were the quiestest bunch he ever worked with and I'm translating that into "no leaders, no grafters".
3. Addy still can't tackle - he's useless.
4. There were some brilliant Fev fans there today who made my game day experience far better on the terrace, and without them I wonder if my mood would have been significantly worse.
5. Congratulations to Fev - you outgunned us in every department.
