I’m at the awards evening, and Crossley has just been speaking about his excitement about playing for the Bulls in the Championship next year, and hopefully superleague after that.

how about the clear out at Hull KR? Any of those players we'd want in a bulls shirt? Ben Kavanagh perhaps?

I can see Delaney being a decent signing but on one condition. If he wants to be part time then he is on the same wage as our part time players this season which Kear said in an interview was about £12 - £15k. I would use him as a bench player and not over use him. He could give us decent impact and a lot of experience and leadership. Yes, I would look at him but not pay silly money and he may not be looking for silly money as he will be working for Leeds but wanting to play a little as well. We could be an ideal fit for each other for a part time wage.

I'd definitely be looking at a couple of those released. One name really stands out above all for me and if it was my choice he'd be my starting full back for next season. Ben Kavanagh would depend on if Crossley is signed up or not.

Either way, we have a big squad already signed up for next year so either we are going to release a fair few or the squad is going to look very similar to this year.

I've definitely got Crossley down as signed until the end of next year, though I know there seems to have been some mis-information bandied about from what ought to be unimpeachable sources earlier... It's hard to imagine they would let him talk about 'next season' if it hadn't been agreed/announced or he was already signed.
