Green bought the business from an administrator, the effect of which is the debt stays with the old company. He could have bought the whole shebang including the debt. He didn't.

BTW the reason you don't post on here is not what you claim, but because for whatever reason you have been unable to work out how to use the "foe" feature. What you need to do is click on my username and then select the following:

Give over. We are not up his @rse at all. Why the other day we were out hunting and I remarked that it was a poor show when he passed the hip flask around the group anti-clockwise. He mumbled apologetically as I recall.
