Well, yeah. Seen as that's what you were complaining about. So much so that it was apparently a disgrace to have to look through the news entries just because they weren't on the squad page yet.
An "embarrassment"? An "insult to players and staff"? Bit over dramatic don't you think? So somebody has made a typo on either the list given for the squad numbers for the e-mail or haven't had chance to finish the page on the website yet. Is it really that big of a deal. I mean, what difference does it actually make? You'er right, it's hardly a molehill. A molehill would look like a mountain compared to this.

You (deliberately) miss the point that the list in "news" wasn't the same as the shirt presentation evening, so looking in "news" would only add to confusion. You say it was a "disgrace"; it wasn't, it just wouldn't help you to know what the real numbers were.

Don't think anyone could argue that it wasn't. Presenting numerous players with shirts which turn out not to be their numbers? That's not embarrassing? Why are you even trying to argue that? I don't get it.

If anybody had said that then yes. Nobody did, though.
One person did say "if I'm honest, a bit of an insult to both players and fans". The context, and the wording, makes it clear that I wasn't seeking to overplay it. A pretty mild, qualified, and fair rebuke. Not even a bit "dramatic". You deliberately tried to cut out the words that don't suit, so you could pretend I made more of it than I did. Ironically, you can't even quote correctly - I never mentioned "staff".
It was what it was, and now they fixed it. There's only you trying to go on and on.
please don't fall for that guff about Noble working for nothing. It's all part of caisley's plan. When he buys the club from the bent administrator Noble will be the Coach - and he will be paid. Mark my worlds. Potter has known about this for a week or so

I didn't deliberately miss anything. You were the one who seemed so aggrieved about the fact that the squad page hadn't been updated and that alternatively someone would have to look up the news article instead. That was my point, was it really such a big deal to have to look somewhere else in the meantime?

An incident that brought the club into disrepute would be an embarrassment. Putting a wrong number up on a screen, not so much. In my opinion anyway.

That one was indeed my mistake, and so I apologise my mistyping it (staff instead of fans). God forbid typos should ever occur. Still, I don't seen how it was an insult, or "a bit of an insult" if were being that fussy, just because somebody made a mistake either at the presentation evening or on the e-mail. Obviously none of us can speak for the players, but as a fan, I wasn't insulted by it in the slightest. It's a mistake, they happen, as I just inadvertently showed

I stated my opinion, you replied and I replied to you. It's called a conversation. Hardly going on and on that. Anyway, like you said, it is what it is, obviously we shall have to agree to disagree.
