Firstly, congratulations on beating Leigh (
) and qualifying for the deciding match. I'm looking forward to it already and expect a much tighter affair than last time round. I'm certainly not under estimating the potential of your attacking players.
As for those of you kind enough to criticise Belle Vue. - "pot calling the kettly black" springs to mind. Neither of our grounds are thought of highly by visiting fans and both need a major uplift. I don't particularly like the state or viewing area of your ground but I get on with it.
As for parking, you are having a laugh? On street parking is no worse at Wakefield than anywhere else. I've been to most grounds in Super League (except Catalan) and a fair few of the Championship grounds and there are worse places to try and park than Belle Vue. Try parking at Salford for a start if you want a moan.
I understand the neutral ground argument and I am also sympathetic to Championship clubs who haven't benefitted from funding for hosting TV games. I feel you've been hard done by on the TV rights issue.
As for the neutral ground issue, that was stated long before we got to these play offs so we all knew what the rules were. And let's be fair you might still have home advantage in this one yet.
Maybe less of the snide, incorrect and opinionated point scoring on ground facilities and maybe more focus on our teams and the excitement of such an important game.
I'm looking forward to the challenge.
