Maybe so but that side at Fax is built around him he is the focal point of the team and the big fish so to say. I'm not sure how his ego would cope with Chisholm being the fans dream player and getting no attention himself. Where exactly would you play him?

Another point is that we seem to build our sides around players that then pick up long term injuries

While he had a good game (Having said that if Hock had have kept hold of the ball, i don't think Fax would have come back), Fax fans haven't been impressed with him most of the year, particularly his fitness. Who in our spine would you replace him with? Chisholm? Keyes? Minchella? All 3 are better options that another year older Murrell next year. Anyway, he's signed an extension at Fax so it's irrelevant.

Of the 3 Keyes is a leader... the whole chat was a reply to the bulls needing leader

Like I was saying murrell is a leader who can lead a team forward, get his teams to the points where required to set attacks up,, the reason this is not happening with the bulls is simply because Keyes has been missing,, minchella is a fantastic player who can sniff out a try from anywhere on the park, as for chisholm he is a brilliant individual who on his day is unplayable unfortunately with Keyes not playing he is trying to be the playmaker, but chisholm isn’t that type of player, put murrell in same team as chisholm then you have a perfect combo,, same as putting Keyes with chisholm,,

The phrase politically correct is in itself politcally incorrect so should be rephrased politically stupid!

If you like old type radio comedy/ dramas etc listen to //pumpkinfm.com/

Statistically speaking you have a better chance of getting dead the older you get!

Thank god only when you find a religion that passes the truth test!

Re: Hemel (A) : Thu May 31, 2018 4:29 am
After watching the match on Bulls TV which was hard work, the pitch while not the best for RL looked more for Union, it reminded me of the last time the Bulls played the Broncos at Leicester Tigers ground quite a few years back and compared to the state of that pitch Hemel's was a billard top in comparison! It seemed enough to cause the Bulls to play well below par and though I gather it was 26C which also contributed to the general malaise and pace of the game along with far to many errors it wouldn't have been surprising if the score didn't get to 50. Still job done and points different improved!

Pollsters doing Excellent job - say recent polls.

Re: Hemel (A) : Thu May 31, 2018 8:16 am
Looked like there were a few potholes & uneven patches. Narrowest pitch I've seen as well. Saying that, they came down, did the job professionaly & left. Few bits of individual skill, but mainly a workmanlike team performance. In hot weather, with only 3 men on the bench for about 60 minutes, then 2 men on the bench for about the last 20minutes

The grass could definitely do with a cut at Hemel having watched the highlights. Can't imagine it was pleasant to run in.

Only watched the highlights but we looked sapped of energy. We looked like we were able to barely muster the energy to celebrate when we scored. Still, we kept them nilled whereas the last 10 years, Hemel would have sneaked for a try or 2.

A week off has probably come at the right time to recharge the batteries.Big game in 2 weeks away at Whitehaven (we really do struggle going to Cumbria) I’d still like to freshen things up a bit, bring in a couple of the fringe players.
