There was no first or second choice. Mason or his Agent thought he was worth more than the Bulls were prepared to offer and that is partly based on stats as well as the usual background chatter between all Clubs that goes on that we fans know nothing about in most cases! Cas seem to be in a more desperate situation re experienced Props so offered more, Sidlows Agent may have been holding out for more, but Salfords fiscal plight sadly for them helped our cause. This time last year neither Player would have been considered, but we will see who has made the right choices down the line!

Mason wanted MORE MONEY than Bradford thought he was worth. Cas offered him the figure he was looking for so he went there. Cummins has already stated since he took over as head coach that he will NOT be paying over the odds for average players. It's not that Mason didn't want to sign for Bradford, it's that he didn't want to sign for Bradford for the money being offered.

Do you understand that?

So these dimwits from Huddersfield and like honestly believe that Mason was offered a straight choice between Bradford and Castleford, on exactly the same terms, but chose Cas over us?

I must say that I would LOVE to see a game of Eggheads played between Huddersfield and Wakefield supporters. It would make you average Aldi shopper look intelligent.

Huddersfield must have changed some recently if Aldi have invested in stores there. More Jack Fulton I think!

as is the Toro Loco Tempranillo which came 2nd in a worldwide blind taste test. They get six boxes per store per order so they usually go quickly (although I can normally rely on the preston rd branch in east hull when visiting the in laws)
