Pure speculation here, but if it was me who was Zak's boss.....
He does whatever he's done to breach discipline, so I fine him, give him his warning, and all I say to the press is "it's been dealt with internally, Zak will turn up for training on such and such date". I don't give details of how it's been dealt with, just that it has.
If I were giving those kind of details to the public, it would be because I intended on letting them know what a bad boy he was, in preparation for him leaving the club.
When I saw Leeds giving the very details of how he was disciplined, I believed he was on his way out. The only thing that doesn't fit with that is them saying he'll be back for training. Why would you say that, if you knew he was leaving?
It's all a little bit odd to be honest, and the statement from Leeds to me, just made it weirder.
