Suspect that's reason it's a rolling loan with hudds having 24hr recall rather than a true season long loan. Lets us work around the special measures in short term

I for different reasons would like to see the Bulls get relegated. I certainly don't want to see you to suffer like you have.
With the new system in place for next season, to have a team with a big name like yourselves in the lower league will be good for the sport.
It will be great for the bulls to start again, have a fresh start with a new owner I hope. Build up to be a force and earn the respect from other fans again.
