Arrived at 2.30pm and walked straight in with no delay... surely the problem is people making a last minute dash to get in the ground, not the number of turnstiles? Don't understand why people get there so late and then complain when they just can't walk in.

On Sundays result, we were lucky to go against a poor Batley side missing some of its keys players. We would have been demolished against better opposition. Doesn't bode well for Leigh on Monday, or a top 6 finish.

On the plus side we had some standout performers who look to have better fitness levels and interest than others.

We were there at 14:30 and queued for 25 minutes. If there’s gates you can get straight through then a sign might be helpful!

There were only 3,009 at LSV on Sunday but there were still queues for the West Stand. Always fascinated how one strong character will decide that the queue has backed to the South for enough distance and stands backing to the North - and people follow his lead.

Perhaps surprisingly, the Germans (all friends now, as Basil would say) have a verb for "to queue" that is "in der Schlange stehen" ("in the snake to stand" to render it word for word). Hopefully the Russians may need one soon!

Another gate was eventually opened and some "Schlongs" migrated. Bongser applied the same rule that he does in the supermarket: NEVER CHANGE QUEUE, one generally ends up piddled off.

Point is, queues happen at all grounds (with the possible exception of Plough Lane from what Bongser reads). Why not celebrate what the British are renowned for throughout the world! :thumb:

Queuing to get into the LSV to watch Leigh and queuing at Odsal to watch Bradford are slightly different. You don't mind queuing at Disney land to see quality entertainment in a pristine environment. Whereas for us, it's more like queuing at Dignitas.

I’ve been to multiple football grounds this year for PL matches with crowds of 30, 40, 50 thousand. Never had to queue more than a couple of minutes at any of them.

Never had to queue at Odsal before the pandemic either.

The only time I remember queuing was before we played Wigan at home in 1996 at the peak of Bullmania and over 17k were in the ground.

I think there were more than four turnstiles open that day.

The queues at the turnstiles last Sunday were ridiculous. Season Ticket holders were directed to the open exit gate but all others were told to queue at 3 turnstiles. There were no signs to indicate if cash was accepted. I didn't think it was but apparently it is. As my queue was going nowhere I moved to the exit gate and insisted they let me in as it was almost kick off time. This is just another sign that the club is slowly dying. The ticket office is also a joke (not blaming the staff). When I commented on one of the Bulls Facebook fans pages I was told I was just a moaner and "a pain in the booty" by so called "loyal" fans, most of whom don't seem to actually go to games.

Sounds like my experience too. After standing in a queue for ages we gave up and went to look for a shorter one (there wasn't one). In the end a steward took pity on us and let us in through a side entrance as the teams came out.

It's no way to run a club. If basics like this aren't done professionally you wonder how other things are being done.

Spot on mate. The club is an absolute joke off the pitch. Not a hint of professionalism anywhere to be seen. Sadly people seem happy to just see us limp a long.

It gets on my tits as other clubs with similar or lesser budgets seem to avoid a lot of these issues.
