Difficult to judge how this will pan out - there would be question marks over any of the linked candidates. If, in a couple of years, I view him as a Coach the same as I did a player, then he will be a fantastic appointment. Time will tell.

Well funnily enough it would be great if he could use what he's seen in the 2nd tier of English Union to bring in some new faces. I bet there's a huge pool of talent in that league for those in the know.

But his coaching careen isn't over yet Tigs, just the apprenticeship. He now gets to put into practice all he's learned in the formative bit.
