this is the interesting bit, they could spend only 2/3 of their salary cap for the main 23 game season, then bring in 3-4 decent temp players or more, from teams in SL1 in 7th,8th who can't make top 4 or even NRL bench players for a 7-8 game stint and have up to £600k (1/3 of the cap to pay them)
A bit like Wire did with Andrew Johns did in 2005
