I think you will find it is quite clear that Ok had to repay central funding if OK Bulls suffered an insolvency event within 2 years.
I don't need to try to "find" it as I know it wasn't that. You are just making it up (again).

You seemed to be having a difficulty with establishing whether or not the RFL was a creditor. I was simply helping your lack of understanding by providing a background as to why the RFL lodged the notice with David Wilson
Another of your fails. The only reason a claim is lodged in an administration by a creditor is because they claim to be owed money. It's not hard. There is no other reason.

Which specific circumstances?
It's complicated. I note you don't know, though.

Any luck with this £1m investment claim yet?
Yes. I understand much will be revealed shortly.

YDear boy, come back when you actually know something, instead of continuing your incessant & childish trolling. Leave it to the grown ups who have dealt with the parties concerned and know what has gone on. Run along, now.
How embarrassing for you. All I will remark is that one of us speaks from a position of ignorance and has been frequently shown up and corrected, and it isn't me.
You're Walter Mitty. Why, you even claim, from your self-styled position of "insider knowledge", that OK isn't suing MM and RW! I leave it at this: if you actually had dealt with any of those parties, then you would know about the litigation, and wouldn't have repeatedly made such a fool of yourself by vociferously denying that OK has sued anyone. He has. Your bluff is called. You are a fantasist.
