We'll ask Gerald at Begbies Traynors what he thinks of that. Last time we checked they had BMDC down as a £221K OK Bulls Ltd creditor. The additional £21K is outstanding business rates. The Council claim they are getting say £20/ week back off OK, but BT may well have something to say about that given that they have the loan registered as a liquidation debt, and not a personal loan.

Anyhow, we are not insolvency experts per se and have never emphatically claimed to be. In fact many on here think we know f..k all about anything lol. With regard to the loan we are merely informing you of what we've heard, and in any event it has little to do with the current mire that we find ourselves in, never mind the emerging new scandal.

We know some things; we hear some things. It's good that forum members seek to correct us when some of our sources, such as MG, may not be wholly reliable, and for that we are eternally grateful. The forum is in part helping us to progress with our ultimate aim. An aim - snowie - which you know we won't reveal just yet, but nonetheless it was a decent attempt at 'fishing'.

In case you are wondering. Will we be put off if CB and his SCC get hold of AC's shares? No. Nothing at all against CB, but we recognise that the club needs proper change and robust investment; ideally sooner rather than later. Trying to do a deal with creditors and selling off player assets etc is childs play. Getting the Bulls back to where we belong is a far more onerous task. We hope CB may succeed, but we have grave doubts. Last thing you will have heard is that CBs now waiting for the new (and doubtless dire) year end accounts to be published ... ffs; what might be his next excuse??

It's not the response I would of expected, rather than cover the past and other interested parties what you should be doing is focusing on what you bring to the table, your failing to gain support so could you imagine if you do have control who would want trust you after all the secretive stuff you've posted on here.

Can someone enlighten us on this company AE123 ltd who has Andrew Calvert registered at odsal, bearing in mind the club has vaccated seems odd that he can keep that address

Re: Bulls Takeover : Sun Oct 20, 2019 6:48 pm
I find myself feeling a little sorry for anyone looking to take over the Bulls. At least until they've had chance to give me reason to dislike them anyway. I think the equivalent of Mother Teresa could take over at Bradford and she'd still be instantly distrusted with people questioning her motives. But that's where we are. I hope any prospective new owners understand that, and get that they are in a position where they have to win the trust. Some will give them more chance than others, but absolutely nobody will trust a word they say until they earn it. And it's absolutey nothing personal.

(And for the avoidance of doubt, I'm not referring to any real or made up interest by the eggy one(s), "they" have already proven they can't be trusted)

Snowie

Andrew Calvert was part of a consortium that was going to take over after Omar Khan.

It appears that it’s a name change from what was going to be the holding company for the bulls which they were using while running the club( complicated and I don’t really understand it). So it may be getting used for another business. Address was changed from Odsal to Halifax back in 2014

Hope this clears it up a bit

T&A reporting that the new group are unable to pursue a deal until the club's accounts are filed with Companies House, and Chalmers still hasn't done that.

Wow. I go away for a couple of days and come back to the same attention seeking ar$ehole(s) dominating the forum. It's a shame people can't discuss what's going on without being constantly interrupted by the same "everyone listen to me" b0llocks that absolutely nobody on here welcomes.

You are wrong there mate, but you don't get to see any PM's we may get do you Dilligaf.

If you don't like what we post. then you can 'ignore' nestegg. You can also bury your head in the sand and simply let the same old owner bullshit continue largely unabated. Every time a new owner appears on the scene the fans are hopeful, albeit as time has progressed we are increasingly sceptical. Chalmers was thought of highly by the majority (if not the vast majority) of fans, and this forum. for at least 28-30 months. Now?

You do state that amongst the Magnificent Seven that you do have a meaningful backer and a significant investor.

Can you confirm wether they stand ready to back and invest in the Bradford Bulls current version or a new Bradford Rugby League club ?

Also, what kind of numbers are we talking? Five, six or seven figure investment?

I'd love to know.

The Magnificent Seven lol

Yes, and multi millions.

We expect BB17 to go into administration, but may be willing to do a deal with whoever is the shareholder(s) at the time when (or even if) we elect to put our joint heads above the parapet. That said, when all the shocks emerge it may be best just to let BB17 go under, take the potential points deduction hit, and start afresh albeit free of the long standing string puller(s). The RFL are always going to be a potentially major obstacle as they allegedly simply make up their own rules. But, one of us, will definitely sail thru' the RFL's FPPT.

Don't ask us just yet to prove it. but we are making significant progress and we are most certainly not deluded.

To help fisherman snowie and yourself n general terms we can say that we need to conclude a (community based) plan, get it approved by the appropriate parties, get all our ducks in a row and complete legals. Sounds simple, but it isn't and there is definitely no hope of a successful outcome, That would be delusional.

As was in fact said by nestegg in a post some 2 hours ago, i.e. presumably prior to the feature being uploaded by the rag that is (allegedly) the T&A.

Anyhow, what kind of an excuse is that by CB and his SCC to delay matters further. In all likelihood our forthcoming dire year end accounts will be unaudited and may well be no more than a mere fabrication. Moreover, the accounts will be abridged and thus will for the main part say naff all. CB may be given a detailed profit and loss account by AC, but what is particularly odd is that we understand that it is widely quoted that CB has been liaising with AC for at least a few months now presumably post an introduction from MS and the SC puppet master. So what in recent times and during due diligence has CB been asking AC about - the cost of VIP skiing holidays in NZ !!??

Get your act together CB; we are not impressed. This sadly reeks of stalling for time; given the impending WUP's we don't on balance really have time.

In any event, the impending storm re the alleged misappropriated substantial funds matter will not be in the BB17 accounts for year end 31 Jan' 2019.

The so called takeover is rapidly becoming farcical, and it is certainly NOT a farce of nestegg's making.
