It's not a question of being able to get promotion due to being poor, it's a question of an uneven playing field meaning the deck is heavily stacked against ANY Championship club being able to gain access to Super League under this foolish system

Yes it is heavily stacked, but any more than being completely impossible unless you move a hundred miles south?

Not forgetting it was the SL clubs who have voted this through

at the end of the mini league you could have the 4 SL teams in positions 1-4 in the league of 8 and the Champ teams in 5-8 but best placed Champ team in 5th, no matter how many points behind 4th still get to play in a sudden death one off game to decide who goes into SL the following season. They just wont listen, of course we could just relegate London and the Bulls and shut the trap door completely forever, I'm sure the Bulls fans would be much happier with that

Who is this "we" that could just relegate teams, and why are you sure the Bulls fans would be much happier with your idea?

To be "happier", you'd have to be "happy" to begin with. Where the fsck would you find these happy Bulls fans? I haven't seen a happy Bulls fan in about 5 years!

No, it's not completely impossible. But I'd bet good money that if neither Bradford or London are promoted back into SL at the end of next season, as they're the one's with the parachute payments and most likely to be the ones in the mix, then you won't see any team promoted while this system is in place.

It's simply the RFL's way of bringing back P&R without really bringing it back.

Then its about time you lowered your happiness levels, I'm sure when you start winning again next year and the prospect of replacing Wakey or HKR in SL beckons then some of you will start feeling ' happy ' again, if you dont, then tough, you wont deserve to get back up
