Well, no, I can understand that. Rowley has a balanced and settled squad that's been romping it's way through the Championship for awhile. However, last season, when when put in an actual pressure situation that the players were not familiar with their lack of big game experience told. The chairman then goes out and gets a bunch of players to sign from a club which didn't have the best off field atmosphere in 2015 and included in those players is one who may or may not be at the heart of those troubles. The chairman says "play these guys every week", manager says "no, I'll pick the team", chairman says "yes, you'll pick the team I tell you to pick", things are thrown across the board room, family pictures are ripped up and eaten, pens are inserted where they shouldn't be, questions are raised about one party's mother and what she does down the docks with sailors and then manager quits for "personal reasons"
