So, if it's all about the land & the lease. Who stands to gain? Council, obviously, as the freeholders. Rfl as the leaseholders. Don't know what covenants are still in play. Bulls are only going to get a few crumbs now, if they're lucky. When the RFL paid £1.5m for the lease - was that market value, under market value? I can't find it, but I remember the last time we had a sporting village plan in place (pre-banking crash), It was going to cost about £80m. There was an article (and my memory is hazy) but I think Yorkshire forward were paying £4m, Sport England were in for £2m, there were other grants, Tesco was paying a big chunk and Caiseley was asked how much Bulls were putting in and I think he said the Bulls were putting in the value of the land, as long leaseholders, which was £7m. I know land values dropped a lot after the crash, but £5.5m? Legally, what the RFL have done, and reported to have done, and is in the public domain, seems fine. But ethically, if they took advantage of a financially distressed member club and relieved them of their last asset for a knock down price, that has always sat poorly with me.
Comments:
1) You are right to a certain degree, and doubtless you are referring to Odsal;
2) BMDC - we can deal with them; for the main part we are confident they are on our side. They will benefit politically from a community based project, and a bit of cash.
3) RFL - watch this space, covenant re RL being played at Odsal ran out end May this year. That said we have very good SE contacts/ insiders and that is very helpful re a sustainable way forward.
4) Bulls; crumbs - wrong. We allege that AC et al could have been looking for a substantial share of a full 'Odsal' loaf !.
5) Head lease value - 2012 re-assignment sum was in the order of £1.2M. Currently woefully undervalued at circa £750K. Watch this space re what happens next re lease; can't say any more for legal reasons, and because it's horrendously convoluted.
6) Caisley - largely ancient history.
7) Why did RFL acquire the head lease - land grab allegedly. The future of Odsal and its environs needs to be community based and sports based.
Hope that to some degree helps. Most of the above is already in the public domain. If you have any other reasonable and politely worded questions we will do our best to answer them as openly as possible given the current circumstances and the ever evolving real news, and fake news, stories.

The RFLs view of positive news is clearly stratospherically different to mine. Good news, we've appointed a guy who owns 2 restaurants. Good news we've appointed a man who sells beds. Good news we've sold to a shady shyster. Good news a man from New Zealand has begrudgingly agreed to take over. It's all balls.
Is there a single person on this forum who can trust the RFL with anything to do with this?
No. They cannot (allegedly) be trusted at all as evidenced by their past performance in respect of the Bulls. This allegation includes a former senior officer, who may be holding all the strings.
If the RFL and Sawyer put in another temporary puppet it will as a minimum be challenged by the nesteggers and the national press.

If you’re telling the truth and you have the knowledge and contacts to gain national press coverage on this scandal, then why haven’t you done this before?
This isn’t the first time we’ve been in such a position. Why would your ‘group’ of bulls fans with funds and know how not have come forward before?

Why did we not act in the past? Because, if we had formerly put in a bid etc, as DT did in early 2017, then the RFL would have determined the FPPT outcome based on purely subjective grounds and would have rejected us. Said FPPT is in itself 'not fit for purpose' as it has failed, well at least in respect of the Bulls, so many times. Will the RFL reject us now? Let's see.
As for national press coverage, if you don't believe us, then ignore us. We won't lose any sleep over it. If, however, you have a modicum of faith in us, then be patient.
By the way Ewen we hear a rumour that many actively posting members on this Bulls sub-forum have in the past season not attended many (if any) Bulls fixtures.
RL media seem to think a positive outcome will happen in next 24 hours (where have we heard that one before) I seem to recall our last meltdown some in the media were saying there was due to be a an unveiling along with photos of the new owners outside of Odsal, only for us to be liquidated days later.
I take positive outcome as we will avoid admin, rather than a bright new future.

Pure waffle. i could deal with BMC. Anyone could.
3) RFL - watch this space, covenant re RL being played at Odsal ran out end May this year. That said we have very good SE contacts/ insiders and that is very helpful re a sustainable way forward.
1) Everybody knows the covenant ran out (2) Nobody gives a shoite about you claimed contacts, why would SE contacts help anyway, the only parties relevant at this time apart from the poor fans are a) RFL b) creditors. We all know BMC won't be putting a penny in any pot.

Value of headlease is irrelevant to our plight, BMC is the landlord, RFL owns the headlease. One major question is and always has been exactly how the RFL plan to save Odsal for RL and keep the vulktures off, when nobody is playing RL there. "Watch this space" is just arrssewash. There are no convolutions. RFL are in a corner and having acquired the lease for the reasons stated, can hardly now dispose of it other than with some cast-iron rugby guarantee, which nobody would give. You take us all for mugs.
7) Why did RFL acquire the head lease - land grab allegedly.
Alleged by who? We all know the mechanics of how the RFL acquired the lease, it is all public. How is buying a lease a "land grab", when even someone as all over the place as you must know that being a tenant grabs you precisely no land at all, just a temporary right to occupy some?
The future of Odsal and its environs needs to be community based and sports based.
Except it doesn't. It could be, literally, anything, anything at all, as long as BMC gave planning consent.
Hope that to some degree helps.
Helps confirm you are a waffler, yes.
Most of the above is already in the public domain.
Most of your drivel is not anything specific, so is not "in the public domain", but just idle chit chat. NOTHING you have ever posted was anything NOT in the public domain, and when you skirt near such a point, you simply bluff that you "can't say any more". You have been posting ten to the dozen but have to date said precisly nothing.
If you have any other reasonable and politely worded questions we will do our best to answer them as openly as possible given the current circumstances and the ever evolving real news, and fake news, stories.
"Any other"? Forgive me for laughing. You infer that you have answered a host of other questions, but ask if by chance ther are any more! When you have not answered anything, you seem to be posting for no reason whatsoever that I can discern , except perhaps to upset fans players and anyone connected with the club alike. Nobody has learned a single thing from you, and I doubt ever will.
