You tend to find when employees are upset, worried, angry they tend to talk quite openly about the situation and seek out advice. And right now and understandably the Bulls have some staff that fit all those descriptions.

First hence the words 'in effect'. The RFL witheld general distribution of sky monies, only transferring an amount over to the adminsistrator to cover the wages. Yes they could, the administrator is not bound to keep anyone on. It would just be harder to run a RL club as a going concern if he let all the players go.

I wish some of those who post on here could run the club - with their vast knowledge of what is going on they would prove invaluable. Well, in effect they would prove invaluable..
