So at a time when SL teams do not run reserve sides or have academies a third tier team will have a reserve side and an expanded academy. If only we had a first team!!!

Council own all 3 sites so cutting to one for a purpose built Community stadium and selling off the other 2, with added private investment ought to be surely feasible.
