From a Saints point of view I thought FA was spot on.
For the opening 20 it was a bit of a slogg, but defenses were on top. There were good tactics from Bradford, with that wind behind them they could just kick us back to the 20 every set.
But once the line broke for Bradford that's when the game plan fell apart. I'm not sure had you held us in that first half, that you would have had enough to cope in the second with the wind at our backs, but it would have been closer. There was one point were the dummy half for Bradford almost scored. We seemed to fall asleep and I could not see, but assumed he landed short.
Second half the legs, the heart and the energy was gone from Bradford. There was not much they could do. But I don't think you can blame the players the coach or the owner. This all comes down to the previous owners. You can't sign players as they are all under contract. The players you have got could have walked at any point.
The points deduction whilst IMO something the game has to enforce, has made it a bridge too far. You are only one win behind Wakefield, so in terms of a normal season it would be a hum dinger of a relegation battle. But without recovering 2 points from the appeal, it just seems too far a stretch to win say 6 games between now and the end of the season.
