He's hinted enough about it, the stands now sponsored by a construction firm and the lease is up at the end of the year with supposedly an option to take it on.

But would you really want to fluke our way into SL with major uncertainties like that hanging around? The grounds an embarrassment so for me, I'd rather be competing at the top of the Ch. until the millstone's gone for good.

Unfortunately without Superleague nothing is getting done with Odsal.

Shot the messenger if you wish, but as an outsider I’d suggest that nothing happened with Odsal while Bradford were in SL. For me you need the council to grow some dongles and build a new stadium on the Richard Dunn site having bought the whole Odsal lease to then sell it for redevelopment.

The council are totally broke and certainly won't be spending anything on new stadia. After austerity and a pandemic they've all on to deliver core services.

As for Ford I'm still watching this space...
