Not keen on recruitment being made by anyone other than the coach hope this won't put candidates off taking the job.powell had a slightly easier task at wakey so it's hard to evaluate his coaching skills from that.

Lingard definately worth a punt..definately an upgrade on EOC imo , be interesting if EOC turns up at the Tigers... which is what I heard earlier today.

Lingard everyday of the week, Henderson wrecked Keighley then left, he is only interested in lining his own pockets, get Lingard in asap

Essentially nobbys role is head of performance, players falls under his purview in terms of recruitment though he will take coaches view under advisement

Cas job already sorted, and it’s not aoc, bulls need lingard he is the man for this team, look what he did at batley with no money, he knows his way around the championship and it wasn’t as if he did a bad job at cas, lingard over Henderson all day long, Henderson will wreck the club, get lingard he is the one

I am doubtful it will be Greenwood. He has openly stated that he doesn't want a head coaching role at the moment with his commitments away from the sport. I would like Greenwood and Noble to continue in their roles when the new coach is appointed.
