I thought it was just me being dim. I have no idea who Caisley's connections are. I don't know the bloke.

The only person who has mentioned an emotional tie with the Bulls recently is Mark Lawn by way of his late wife. Whether the two know each other is beyond me but I wouldn't class lawn in the Koukash money bracket.

I was thinking the other day about former players of the Bulls who might love the club enough to invest, but have any of them made it big enough to have the sort of money they'd need?

Only one I could think of is Sam Burgess. Wasn't Caisley his manager when he made the move to Aus?

What if Sam had a word in the ear of his boss Mr Crowe and convinced him to buy/invest with him in a feeder club in the UK?

The stuff of pure fantasy I know but what if.....

I thought it was bought for about £7m (between 2 of them)?

The last time I looked up how much Koukash was worth it was about £250m. Not sure how accurate these websites though.

If Carling did Administration, they'd do what Psychostring said...

Another possible name, Jack Tordoff as Caisley's backer, they were sponsors in Caisley's days in charge and he was named in Yorkshire top 50 rich families last week

Didn't Jack Tordoff turn his back on the Bulls in a previous administration?
