Curious that he is publicly criticising players and admitting that they are often completely ignoring instructions and training plays.

Suggests to me that if he has not already "lost the dressing room" then he will have done now.

To me it still comes back to the fact that you can't play rugby on your heels and that's just where you are if your forwards spend the game going backwards. At the end of the day [to keep my cliche content up] there is a reason why they say it's forwards who decide whether you win the game and the backs say by how much.
