I was just about to say the same thing. My understanding of the 'rules' (although they don't seem to apply to everyone) are that the reserves are mandatory because we get funding for the Academy.

You are correct and im still raging, hower after having time to reflect, the nature of my previous message was overly agressive and for that i appologies.

Like many on hear the last few days have done me in completely. Im sick of being lied to year after year after year. Chalmers can go jump as far as im concerned. Hes not a leader hes a coward who has buried his head in the sand these last couple of months. The sooner hes gone the better.

I do stand by what i said though. You coming on here spouting off does more harm than good. Sadly some will believe everything you post and this is how rumours get started
Can i politely ask, unless you have something factual and evidance to back up your claims can you refrain from stiring the pot and causing unrest amongst a fan base that you claim to be a part of.

Facts are what's needed, debt this, debt that.. 'I've heard this HMRC were in Wibsey'. We are all assuming debt on top of pensions and fines. There's nothing in the Gazette in relation to any WUP, no creditors coming screaming out of the woodwork. Maybe it's time to pause to take a breath.

The facts we have are that the pensions have gone awol, the players found out and though the pensions themselves may not add up to 6 figures the govt will chop down hard and make it so. Even the 'next years funding is gone' has yet to be confirmed.

There is massive outrage about pensions and rightly so, it's a phuqqing disgrace; T&A confirms Spesh Measures since the Dewsbury (August - not May) with AC saying because forecasts are being challenged.

The fact a few visitors have been spreading spades of manure about has clouded what we actually know.

The only issue for me is why someone would want to buy AC's £1m debt without the promise of a return.

I know we are scheduled to play at Dewsbury next year but are the powers that be at Dewsbury involved in this new ownership shake-up in any way.

Is it AC's debt? Genuine question, I don't know if it was him out of his own pocket or if he arranged a 3rd party to cover the debt that was showing in the finances.

I guess that's the bit we'll never know. Maybe that's the 'fraud investigation' mentioned on Twitter that the RFL and Bradford wouldn't not want?

I mean imagine NW, having full and frank discussions with CBMDC on the future of Odsal over the period before Green goofed up, having all information at his fingertips whilst being able to chose the new owner and specify the time line they must commit to, suddenly walking back in just as we leave Odsal and AC is rambling on about new stadiums.

Even if you are not tinfoiled up it would look bloody fishy.... If we are in massive debt where's the WUP and Admin? Why is anyone interested in buying this lame duck?

Aaron Bower reporting that new owners have resolved pensions issue and written to all players.

Here’s hoping that’s accurate. Maybe Roger can confirm in a few days?
