With Bird unlikely to come - if he gets off he will play in the NRL IMO - why don't we use our extra money to sign Lee Smith - apparently Leeds cannot fit him in under the cap now he is an England international

We could also try and sign MaGuire who has been linked witha move to the Bulls in the past

McGuire has signed up to a long-term contract, Smith is going to London Wasps (apparently).

its not a leeds v bulls weekend yet,

wait until then and wait for the rumours, Lee Smith cant fit under the cap so is coming to the bulls, Mcguire doesnt like the role bluey asks him to fill so he is coming maybe Watkins would get thrown in as well

Burgess and Scruton have fallen out so one of them so coming to Leeds, along with anyone else playing well at the time for Bradford,

I still think Lee Smith is overrated and will have to prove what he can do, McGuire i've never really liked and i don't believed he'd be welcomed with open arms at odsal.

I did like McGuire in the role that he original free running role. Just didnt kick on as a game controller
