Wouldn't go so far as to say that they were "inspirational" tips.

It's should be easy really.

ANY talk <or speech for that matter>, IMHO, should be just like a womans bikini. . . . .

- Short.

- Interesting.

- Keep you focused.

- AND cover all the essential parts

Jobs a good 'en.

My speeches are usually like a bikini ... if I don't use half of it the audience is suddenly paying more attention
