You don't hear much about Kevin Penny these days. Looks like he might not end up following in the footsteps of his Dad and former Warrington great Lee Penny.

You may joke, but I was stood at Salford a couple of years ago when Penny first broke into the Wire side and heard a Salford fan stood just behind me, completely seriously, asking his mate if they were related. It was all it took for me not to turn round and say something, especially when the mate replied that he didn't know.

Eddie Hemmings has got them confused at least three times. Then again he does get very excited watching Warrington and Saints so it probably just popped out in the heat of the moment.

I will borrow from Cleveland Brown from Family Guy for the phraseology for this as I have no idea what is politically correct:

Lee Penney is white and Kevin Penney was a 'Caramel coloured' baby, so it would have only taken a black women to complete the picture.

Way to jump to conclusions.

I was referring to the fact that Lee Penny is only 34 now, with Kevin Penny at 19, that would make him a very young dad!
