Hear Phil Caplan, Tony Hannan, John Kear and Neil Barraclough take part in what should be a very lively discussion in Halifax Central Library about the state of Rugby League on Tuesday 24th September starting at 7 p.m.The event is free and is part of the Try Reading Project.
