It was filed yesterday and as fully expected tells us absolutely nothing we did not know.
At 30th September the directors were - Greenwood, Joshi, Khan ,Rias, Sutcliffe, Swales.
All of the 100 £1 shares were at that time held by Omar Khan.
So what's all the fuss? Just needed one of the various Boards of Directors we have had to agree to sign it.

Now here's the real question for you to ponder - why was it not signed before now?

Also notice after yesterday's big headline about it t&a are ignoring fact it's now being sorted. Not even a footnote in today's FC article.

Last night Mr Khan said he was unable to comment on the issue of shareholdings because of the legal action he is taking against Mr Moore and Mr Whitcut. No-one at the club was available to comment further yesterday." So, wtf is actually going on? Does anyone know anything other than the spin from either side? I'm guessing ok is still majority shareholder and wont transfer shares until the legal action is done, so the actual owner who isn't running the club is suing the potential owners who are running the club. We've run out of enemies so we've started to take ourselves apart, spiffing. I'm starting to feel like i might be unavailable for comment until at least the first game in Feb.

seems like were back in situation we had with hood/caisley. guys actually running club not having a majority shareholding.

Yes it's part of the new "Heritage" shareholding - unfortunately we did not get to vote on our preferred option with this one
