We're out of special measures so I would expect us to be looking to utilise our overseas/non fed quota spots.

Does anyone know how many spaces we have?

I'd be hesitant about overseas players, it'll probably take far too long to sort out visas, especially if one Government department (HMRC) whispers to the other (UKBA)!

Indeed. The statement from the new owner was certainly full of good intentions and contained a lot of what we might have hoped for, though [even on re-reading] not much about money.
