We always play better in the dry and firm conditions. Don't watch the other sides, so I don't know..

I thought we always played better in the wet as it's a great leveller...

Ha ha, well according to Radio Leeds, the 'Odsal mud' is just as bad as ever - even though it doesn't appear on the pitch [and hasn't since sometime in the 70s/80s] it often gets a mention in the pre-match forecasts, where it's "always a great leveller"..etc etc...

I've just seen the Leeds 19 man squad for Thursday.I really really hope that one player in particular isn't playing,this could be my worst nightmare

Believe me I have asked him that question many times

It looks like he's not in the 17 so I can finish work at 5 on Thursday, get to Cue Gardens for about 6.15 and enjoy my drink without going through hell.If there was going to be one consolation if he was playing and scored against us,I doubt it would of been the winning try,think there might be just a touch more than 6 points in it
