exactly NR.
I did mean the regal variety, but on the assumption that they are all a bit 'samey', I used the non definitive version 'a', so as not to find myself in the tower charged with whatever it was that caused some 'queens' to put people up on a scaffold, under a big, sharpish blade. Anyway, whenever mentioning our Queen specifically, being at the age I am, where these things are still important, I would have used the appropriate capital 'Q'. Though I guess Cams has more need to worry than myself, what with giving away secret conversations with her Madge...anyway, I definitely didn't mean any other sort of queen you may be thinking of.
