If were successful in a promotion push and make it to SL is there anybody that you would like us to realistically sign from those that look to be in the drop zone from SL?

Hull FC, Hull KR, Widnes, Salford , Wakefield?

Failing that, who would you like to attract to us in Championship 2016?

A decent scrum half to complement Gaskell. A couple of solid pacey backs. I'm not sure we need to really strengthen the forwards as we've a pretty decent pack

I personally like Danny Craven at Widnes/Fax.

Think we could get him on loan, not sure if Widnes would release him fro his deal.

I think we could do with a big aggressive backrower who can break the line.

But not Gareth Hock.

A decent scrum half.

A centre that has some pace.

I don't think we need too many. A scrum-half, a centre, and a second-rower and I'd be happy.

I like the look of Dewsbury's winger, although I'm not 100% sure of his name. Is it Dalton Grant?

Obviously I'd like us to go after gareth o brien again, although it looks like he's worked his way back into the starting lineup for wire so we might not have much luck on that one.

Depending on how our non-fed quota stacks up, look at bringing in some o/seas players, preferably some backs with decent agility and speed. Being able to catch the ball would also be a nice bonus.

We need a scrum half, an experienced hooker, a left centre and a winger. On the hypothetical possibility of any of the 4 teams at the bottom going down I'd take McShane from Wakey and Adam Walker from HKR.

Definitely the halves would need added depth along a strong scrum half, plus extra depth all round to provide both competition and cover for the pack and threequarters. At the end of the day, if the ones not used by Jimmy aren't good enough to use this year in the Champ, they certainly won't be strong enough for SL.

To be honest, there are plenty of solid and even some pretty outstanding players in the current bottom four so, whilst not mentioning anyone in particular, it's obviously going to be an auction when push comes to shove. I guess plenty of clubs both in, and currently outside of SL, are going to try to get 'promises', or first refusals, on an 'if an when' basis, so it ain't going to be easy.

Wire will have Gidley and Sandow in halves next year, so there might be a chance.

There's a lad called Peterson playing for Sheffield who apparently is playing well, but I haven't seem him so couldn't really comment

Similarly I hear that there's a big giant of a prop at Keighley tearing up some trees, along with a young scrum half called Brook I believe.
