It's good news, but I think if we'd not blown our chance of finishing top with a long string of poor performances, it might have got a better response.

Why would Conroy and Halafifi stay? Unless O'brien is in the ICU at the infirmary they're not playing.

We don't need them both to stay but we should be looking to keep one of them on board .... not many people could make a clear assessment as to which.
As for Mellor I think he has taken his chance well...... One of the fortunate ones.......and it is pleasing to know he wished to commit. Let's hope he continues to develop.
