apparently marc green has announced we've agreed terms with the council and are at legal stages of buying odsal. Club will own ground by end of year.

Is that the freehold from the council? Interesting, how about the lease from the rfl? I thought that would have to be first?

If we've agreed terms with council then its presumably the freehold.

We'll have better leverage on the RFL if needed. As we will be their landlords, as well as their tenants, strangely

And there is also nothing that makes it mandatory for the Bulls to play there as with the council lease.

I don't think that's correct, as I understood it the Bulls is a franchise and could use anywhere as a home ground if they wanted to, similar to the NFL franchises, unless that changed with all the administration and buyouts of recent times!
