He answered the phone to me when I phoned up to complain about the £5 extra postage and packing it cost me for my Fev ticket.
Said he would call me back about it. Didn't. That was Tuesday.

Yeah. It cost me £23.95 to get that £18 ticket bought and posted to me, despite me clicking the option to pick it up. Thus the call.

Indeed. Proving that it doesn't matter if it's your own team or someone else's, if someone tries to rip you off, they deserve complaints.

TBH honest in the end I felt a lot more ripped off by the Bulls performance on sunday than I did some £2 surcharge.
