Think everyone knows we've wasted a lot of money this season and what might have been if we spent that money more wisely. Thought i'd have a guesstimate on the amount we've wasted. Below are the players who i would say aren't good enough (hardly played, been sent out on loan etc) Didn't include the ones the fans think are rubbish such as Blythe and Addy as they played a lot of games. It's more a guesstimate on the players we had no intention of playing. As i said it's a guesstimate. I've tried to come up with the wages based on when we signed them and the competition we had for their signature, not necessarily on how good they are

Vila Halafihi - 18k
Sam Bates -12k
Adam Brook 14k

Guesstimate total - 186k


Could get a decent HB or two with those wages

Given that, it looks relatively easy to take care of the financial black hole from this year though doesn't it?

hard to give an opinion on Walshaw and Mendieka given that neither have been fit this year.

Add Lauaki this year, played 1 under Lowes and only 50% of Smith's games I think - £40k?

I was thinking just that, melt the lumps of lard all down and make them into Yankee Candles, they sell around £15 a pop
