Has anybody bought anything from the club shop lately that required delivery, and what was your experience like?About three weeks ago my misses ordered some stuff from the club shop, and living in Salford we paid delivery. Since then we have seen nothing appear through the letterbox. She got on the phone to the club today and it turns out they haven't sent anything out for a while because they are "having problems" with Royal Mail. Now correct me if I am wrong, but surely if they were having problems with Royal Mail they should be telling people wishing to use the delivery service first before they accept payment for delivery, and secondly they should be letting their customers know the status of the "problems" insofar as "have they been resolved yet?".
So I'm scratching my head here - what "problems" could Royal Mail possibly be having with the Bulls. Is it a collection issue? Do they have wagons that are too big to fit down the road past Cue Gardens? Are their drivers pig-headed to our staff? Are they on strike? This all seems unlikely.
Or are we just not paying their invoices......?
