The mood around the camp seems to be very positive - the last 2 or 3 seasons the lads have kept saying how tight knit a group they are and that they're working really hard, but for some reason I never really believed it. Things feels different at the moment, and I hope that translates into many more good displays on the field and promotion!

I think this team have real heart. The York game would have definitely ended up in defeat with the other squads. You look at Sheffield, and its no coincidence they're struggling after taking the 3 London lads from us. They have skills, Macani was a good finisher, Margrin could make good yards, Oscar Thomas could put in a good kick/pass, but when the going got tough, or sometimes they just needed to roll their sleeves up, they didn't want to know. They didn't have that stake in the club to care enough. This set do.

If your a home fan then it hard not to like McNally but he has a habit of getting under the skin of the away fan by nagging the ref a bit to much and can wind opposition players up.
Cracking player and wont let you down and will give you some great moments this season.
