John Kear co commentator on BBC. Not in studio with Noble and Co - surely not in Denver with us having match tomorrow? Prob doing a “Catalans” type commentary from TV pictures.

For all the early Challenge Cup games that the BBC stream, they do it from a studio rather than from the ground itself. I expect the same was the case with this. Kear gave it away slightly when he mentioned the sweat on one player and said something like "It looks like it's hot there". Emphasis on "there", not "here".

There was a reference in the commentary to "the hot evening sun". Denver is 7 hours behind the UK so the kick off must have been at about 2pm. So I don't think he was in Denver.

I have it on good authority he was on a kear jet specially chartered for it.

He landed at yeadon airport at half 11 this morning. My insider reckons it was like something from the wolf of Wall Street with Dave woods snorting coke off a prossies tits at high altitude.
