I don’t get the negativity towards Chalmers. He’s stepped into lead the club when we had no other viable options, and after seeing others struggle and fail. He may not turn out to be the saviour we all hope for, but until that turns out to be the case, he deserves the support of the fan base. I don’t have an issue with his decision to take the bulls away from odsal. It’s the only logical and sensible decision he could make. Odsal is the biggest reason the club is in this predicament, and until the club has dealt with the situation, it will always be on shaky foundations.
Of the three main parties involved in the discussions and negotiations, I’d take Chalmers leadership over that of The RFL (who are leading the sport on a slow death march) and of Bradford Council (who are incapable of making any inroads into the city’s continual decline)
