Yep. The pitch issue probably needed a couple of paragraphs in a build up to what was a crucial game. As you say, the fact he's not even commented on the on-field action just fuels the accusations having an axe to grind.
Our pitch size hasn't just had more media attention than our game itself, but it's had more media coverage than Catalans trouncing Wigan, Wakefields superb win over an in-form Huddersfield team. Yes a championship teams pitch size has had more media coverage than Super Leagues actual on field action!! Then the same media will be asking "why doesn't the sport have a bigger profile?"
There's one or two decent journos, but the rest just seem to be after twitter likes sadly.
Anyway back on topic, I think Bullseye covered it all. The stadiums has certainly had a tidy up. Barriers shot blasted and repainted, terracing jet washed. The touchdown bar has had the outside renovated and looks smart. A lot of hard work has gone into it
