The sad thing about this episode was that in the two years he had been at Quins his game had really improved and he seemed to fit in well with the structures making the sort of impact he perhaps never did with Catalans (who were albeit a much weaker team back when he was there).

If he is playing in Australia now then he'll be enjoying playing in a high quality competition.

Even if it is our lower grades.

Personally, I hope that injuries will give JR the chance to paly for Manly's NRL team. It will be good experience for him, and also good for getting France some kind of profile among Australian TV fans during the next 4 Nations.
