Good game so far. Correct call with the sending off - off the ball, late, and high. Probably better for McIlorum that he got red as he would have certainly got a ban and may get away with sending off sufficient now.

Saints were on top beforehand and only a pathetic attempted tackle from TP has let Wigan on the board. You would expect Saints to go on and win but they have a lack of composure near the line which might keep Wigan in it.

Quality finish from Makinson for his try.

He won't get SOS, he got sent off for punching Elima earlier this year, and has used his guilty plea. That's indefensible that.

Clear sending off without any doubt. Unnecessary and blatant but not the worst hit we've seen, but probably 2-3 games.

McIlorum cost us the game tonight and could have now cost us the play-offs by losing us our first-choice hooker, a massive presence in defence. He did this at KR last week, throwing shots and giving away penalties, costing us dearly - hope he's pleased with himself.
