got a place over there, came back last thurs, very expensive for food and drink. better stopping in spain and getting coach to the match. 4 euros for a coffee in perps 2 for 5 euros in gerona.wine bit cheaper than beer or coke.

id use catalan sports tours if i were to stay in perpignan,they seem to be reliable and get you to the game and town safely on time.

it was my first visit to perpignan at the weekend although i was based in lloret with my lad,i dont think i could afford to stay in perpignan been on a budget,the first bar we went to cost me 9.50 euros for a lager and a half a coke and the food was no cheaper.

it all depends what you want to go for if its the local culture then perpignan is ok but if its for a boozy weekend then re-mortgage the house before you go.

Right I think I've been swayed towards Spain.

Is there any other option that anybody has used to get across to Perpignan for the game other than renting your own car or using Catalan Sports Tour transfers?

Where the feck were you drinking coffee? I never paid more than €2.90 for a "café, verre d'eau"

On wine, you can usually get a carafe ("un demi" half a litre) of house red for €4 and change
