Ah yes look who it is it's the other club whose set of fans keep banging on about their youth development whilst it is highly likely to be going into the season with +2 on the quota.

And the question im asking you, which you are so desperately avoiding would clearly affect the answer to your question.

Are Leeds + 2 on the quota and HKA +5 or are HKA at the quota and Leeds -1

im sure even you can understand that the answer to a question regarding a clubs youth development would be affected by whether they are two quota spots below where they need to be, or one ahead.

ill happily answer it, i just dont know in this case, because your criteria seems to change, if Leeds are 2 above the quota or 1 below?

Im not trying to spin anything, it seems odd that you are so desperate to avoid saying whether you believe Leeds are 2 above the quota and Hull KR 5 or Leeds a 1 below the quota and Hull KR at the maximum.
