The sad truth is that mainly drunken young lads off council estates the length and bredth of the country see what happens at football and what happens on their estates and think it is acceptable to act like dickheads 'cause they've had a few beers. Unfortunately for us, there are those who populate RL terraces that can't afford to go to the chavball, so they get in Rugby matches where it's considerably cheaper and go 'for the banter'. Sadly, throwing bottles and being abusive is part of their perception of 'banter'.
