im not gonna mud sling or throw any cheap digs but id so no, with the crowds they get its only a matter of time before they go under (or at least do a Crusaders and re-form in the lower leagues)

I love it how crowds are the only factor that fellow RL "supporters" consider when forming their viewpoint on the London club. An absolutely embarrassing obsession with crowds that I have never known in any other sport.

Absolutely, we are still going though and not having an adverse affect on anyone else, yet other supporters seem to be mortally offended by our existance because we don't get as many people through the gates as they deem to be necessary.

In 5 Seasons of ESL, we have cost HKA about 50k in lost gate receipts, because everyone else brings 1,000+ to Caravan Park...this is the basis of the east hull knckledraggers like roofs calling for our exit.
Bradford, we have cost 160k in lost gate receipts in 16 season of ESL......the fact that they are another 840k in the hole seems to have passed other flat earth society members too as well.

London owe nobody any money other than our owner.........we have never received a penny from the RFL (UNLIKE THE 2006 RL WCC winners), we haven't registered-de-registered players to dodge the cap and we have never passed around the begging bowl like Bradford are currently doing.......

To answe the question posed by the OP......yes, we can, so long as DH keeps picking up the tab...therafter, without another investor or 7k gates, no, London can't survive.

No-one has been passing round ANY begging bowl outside of Bradford. Nothing has been sought from outside Bradford.

If those from outside Bradford have chosen of their own free will to donate (and to all those who have, you are better men and women that most - thank you!) that is down to them.

You and Lister are doing a bloody good job of alienating Bulls supporters, who have no particular track record of attacking the London club.

Don't mistake me and Listy for being "normal" london supporters....same way I won't mistake bradfords problems being the result of ineptitude and bad management :D

The "begging" and emotional blackmail going around is distasteful to say the least.....Bradford should take it on the chin like other badly managed clubs with inept boards have done in the past....

BTW.......as tenants of the RFL, I don't see there being a snowballs chance in hell of you not being in ESL regardless of the shortfall in funds needed to keep you afloat.

Seriously.....I am harsher on my own club than I have been towards Bradford....and I have not had a pop at youtr fans....just your club

I won't.

Every London supporter I have ever met over the years (and I say this truthfully) has been a true fan and a credit to their club and the game. That is why I find the attitudes of you two so disappointing.

You sanctimonious knob. You have no idea what either listy or I have or haven't done for the club or the game but because we question your opinion, we aren't a credit to the clu and are not fans of the game.

The clue is in the name you thick southern swine ;)

thick ''eastern' swine if you please - norfolk born ,norfolk bred short in the arms and thick in the head !

why not face the reality - no one wants the London lot in SL,not even SKY (they don't even want Catalans either but are contracted to bring two live fixtures per season from the league which I suspect is the same for London) - the RFL gawd bless it guv, insists on 'expansion' so they keep on allowing the club to eat at the top table, they are persisting with the southern lightweights for the moment but even they will reach the point where even Red Hall will reallise the whole London exploit (like the TO13 exploit in the Championship) has been an abject failure and pull the plug. It's borrowed time mate, the end is nigh...

let them play around with the other minnows in the lower divisions, build up the club to something resembling a professional outfit and build a solid fanbase and then review their situation in say,ten years ? where's the problem ?

Broncos/Quins are clearly a failure so why doesn't that nice Mr Hughes trundle off to Odsal and throw away his dosh on a club with RL history, fans and a future worth fighting to save ?
