Think we looked better with Clark on field instead of Hodgson. This is my problem with Bennett statement last week the aus based players would drag the Super League players up to speed.the burgess boys were no great shakes again,Taylor and Farrel didn't take their chance to shine.Percival was an upgrade on sarge. More questions than answers but I'm far from convinced in Bennett for this job

It's Pete Nuttall.

would you be? it was bloody awful! scraped 38 points with some lucky tries, a guy in the bin and 17 penalties in your favour!

Refs, Aussies and now Bennett himself is to blame.

17-7 penalty count, an opposition player in the sin bin and they were still crap.

Not their fault though.

England very poor first half, Gale looked a bit out of sorts with 2 shocking balls, which were spilled.
Wiliams went very well, especially in the second half and I though the Burgess boys made good yards down the middle.

We never tried to set a platform in the first 40 and were probably guilty of thinking that it would be an easy game.
Credit Scotland for getting stuck in.

A fair result in the end but, I cant see us making the final.

The Kiwis would need to smash Aus and then we would have to do the same next week.
It aint going to happen so it's a rehearsal fo the final coming up

On a positive note, I doubt any games will be staged in Coventry again.
